It’s a hobby. I don’t think I’d want to do pay-to-shoot jobs (like weddings). But rather, I’d like to submit pictures after-the-fact, to whomever would buy, or newspapers, or something like that. That way, I can just submit good ones.

I’m not confident in my abilities enough yet to do someone’s wedding!!

I know it’s possible, but all of those people hate that would do that for me and some of the rich people in town and from high school whom are jealous of my life back then, any ideas or suggestions, because I am done having that lying boy group, their literally worse than their competiton,and their possibly dangerous webmaster running my life with bad contracts, what are your ideas, anyone, please.

I am planning on gifting my girl a D SLR. I have NO clue about cameras but she is learning about photography in college, so she knows quite a lot. She would be using it for outdoor excavations & parties. She always denies the need for extra Mega pixels. This is all I know. I have shot several wedding but normally the look at my portfolio online..this is why i am asking I am meeting them in person to go over my work, just makes me nervous…as weddings do

not enjoy portrait photography as much? I don’t really enjoy shooting portraits as much as weddings, landscape and animals. Aren’t shooting weddings similar to shooting portraits in some respects? Or do you consider weddings more candid (capture the moment) photography? But for some reason they are more enjoyable to me.
